SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. -- A 24 time felon is facing more charges after Spokane Valley Property Crimes Task Force and the Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant Tuesday.
Authorities served a search warrant near the 3000 block of North Hogan Street as a result of an investigation into charges of identity theft, forgery, money laundering and other criminal activity.
Tonya Stewart, 46, was taken into custody for 22 new felony charges of money laundering, identity theft and forgery. Stewart has been convicted of 24 similar felony charges in the past.
Additional charges are expected as the investigation continues.
