SPOKANE, Wash.--Two brothers accused of running a Spokane County burglary ring accepted a plea deal in court earlier in July.
The men pleaded guilty to multiple residential burglary charges and theft of a firearm. Donald Myhren, 31, was sentenced to 95 months. His brother Dustin, 27, was sentenced to 40 months.
Spokane County Sheriff's Office Investigative Task Force arrested Donald and Dustin Myhren in April 2012 along with Katrina Soto.
Donald was charged with 1st Degree Burglary, 1st Degree Robbery, 1st Degree Theft and Residential Burglary. Dustin, 27, was charged with 1st Degree Burglary, 1st Degree Robbery, Felony Eluding, 1st Degree Theft, Residential Burglary and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Soto has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
These charges stem from two separate residential burglaries committed in Spokane County.
Dustin will serve about four years as part of the plea deal. His brother is slated to serve seven years.
Detectives believe this group is responsible for several other burglaries in Spokane as well as Stevens County. Detectives will make every effort to return located items to their rightful owners when they are able to release the property.
