SPOKANE, Wash.—An alleged shooting victim was dropped off at Holy Family hospital Tuesday morning.

The victim told officers that was shot when he went to show a man his stereo.  The victim called 911 around noon on his way to the hospital. He told dispatchers that a “white guy” shot him in the abdomen.

Officers with the Spokane Police Department said they are investigating.

Neighbors near Thor and Grace told KREM 2 News they heard a gunshot earlier. Detectives entered a home in that area and detained three people. One person was arrested on an unrelated warrant. However, detectives said they are not sure if the shooting happened near Grace and Thor.

Police initially tweeted that the victim has non-life threatening injuries. Officers later said the victim was in critical condition and did have life-threatening injuries.
