BENEWAH COUNTY, Idaho-- North Idaho authorities caught the 20-year-old man who managed to escape the Benewah County Jail for the second time.
Jesse Wilkenson was back in jail Tuesday night in Saint Maries. After a tip lead sheriff's deputies to Wilkenson on Highway 5.
