Spokane -- Spokane Police arrested shooting suspect Joshua Graham after briefly surrounding a home in the 1100 block of W. Cleveland Monday afternoon.

Graham had not been seen since October 1st, when his girlfriend was shot in the face.

The woman was shot at a home in the 1500 block of E. Everett. Police said Graham called authorities to report the shooting, but they were not able to reach him after that.

Officers said the woman was taken by a passerby to a Spokane hospital in serious condition. The victim is believed to have been released from the hospital.

Spokane Police obtain a search warrant around 2:00 p.m. Monday.

Graham was arrested for assault. Another person inside the home, Nick Wrenn, was arrested on robbery warrants.

Graham is no stranger to police. His criminal record spans more than 10 years with charges ranging from theft to forgery.

In 2008 Graham was convicted of theft of a firearm and residential burglary.

Records show back in 2005, Graham was charged with violating a protective order in a domestic violence case. He's also faced a number of drug charges.
