SPOKANE-- A murder suspect is expected to be arraigned Tuesday in a Spokane court.
John Castro, 27, faces second degree murder charges.
Court documents say Castro and a group of friends shot and killed José Solis in November at the Quality Inn during a fight.
Castro faces possible life in prison if convicted.
According to court records Castro has nine felony convictions including robbery, assault and attempt to elude.
Eight years ago he stuck his head through a Spokane roof vent and then refused to surrender to police during a long standoff.
