POST FALLS, Idaho-- The Post Falls Police Department is asking for help in catching a criminal.  Investigators showed surveillance tape of a burglary taking place and they have a very clear image of the suspect.

Police say they hope the video can help identify the person behind the crime.  They say they believe this person may be responsible for several more break-ins through Post Falls.

Police say a late 90’s silver Subaru Hatchback pulled into the parking lot of the Frontier Grocery Store on Seltice Way on the night of December 7th.   In the video, the suspect uses bolt cutters to break into a soda machine.

Post Falls Police say they have about eight minutes of footage showing the suspect at work.
But after all that, the suspect only made off with about $20 dollars.

Officials fear the suspect may be linked to about 80 burglaries that have been reported in the area in the past month.

If you have any information on this man, call Post Falls Police at (208) 773-3517.
