SPOKANE VALLEY-- Spokane Valley police are conducting a homicide investigation after a body was found in the street Sunday morning.
A passerby found the man’s body around 6:20 a.m. in Raymond near Mission.
The 25-year-old victim was wearing just a pair of shorts, but a pair of shoes and blue jeans were found near the body.
Spokane Valley police say they man had some road rash, leading them to believe he was struck and dragged by a vehicle.
He did not have any identification on him, but some unique tattoos helped police find out who he is.
His name has not been released. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
