SPOKANE, Wash.-- Police arrested two men after a high speed chase Thursday, in connection with an attempted robbery in North Spokane.

Authorities believe Diamond Tyler, 20, and Rosselder Badger, 37, held-up the Chase Bank branch near North Division and Rowan on Saturday.  Police say the teller refused to give the two men any money and the suspects then ran off.

Officers spotted a Cadillac seen in surveillance video from the hold-up near Wellesley and Crestline just after 1pm Thursday.  When police tried to stop the car the driver of the Cadillac sped off.  Investigators received reports later that evening the same car was spotted parked near the intersection of Longfellow and Wall. Officers found the two suspects there working under the hood of the car.

Tyler Diamond and Rosselder Badger are charged with Attempted First Degree Robbery.
