SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. -- A late night foot pursuit in Spokane Valley led to an arrest.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. near Valleyway and Van Marter.
Officers from Spokane and Spokane Valley tracked down the suspect after they say he ran from a routine traffic stop.
Authorities say at one point, the man took off his shoes and was running through the neighborhood in socks.
