SPOKANE-- Police have charged two suspects connected to a shooting at a Spokane bar in February.
On February 24th, Spokane Valley officers responded to a shooting call at The Oasis Tavern in Spokane Valley.
A man was shot in an altercation outside around 11:30 p.m. The man was outside smoking a cigarette when an argument broke out with another patron. He walked inside of the bar and told everyone the other man shot him in the abdomen.
Emergency crews transported the victim to a local hospital where he was listed in critical, but stable condition.
29 year old Jarrod Veilleux has been charged with one count of 1st Degree Assault and one count of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. 32 year old Terrance Riley has been charged with Rendering Criminal Assistance.
Both Veilleux and Riley are currently in custody in Montana.
Both were on active probation through Montana Department of Corrections at the time of the incident, prohibited from leaving the state.
