Neighbor receives eerie call moments before Coeur d’Alene arson

SPOKANE-- Fire investigators are working to track down two teenage boys accused of burning down a Coeur d’Alene duplex.

Officials say the Sunday night fire is arson and there's a $5,000 reward for information leading to the suspects’ arrest.

The fire scorched a duplex, and also caused damage to several other homes. Officials say the loss is estimated at $200,000.

No injuries were reported, and no one was living in the duplex where the fire started,

Investigators say the fire was arson. Two teenage boys were seen running from the vacant home just moments before the fire.

Officials have ruled out all other causes there is no electricity to the building and no gas.

We're told a neighbor a block away received a call the night of the fire. She was told by someone that they had just lit her missing cat on fire inside the house. Moments later the woman looked up and saw the house on fire near by. Officials did not find any animal remains.
