MOSES LAKE, Wash. -- A Moses Lake man was arrested Thursday after $4,500 of hay was set on fire Wednesday night.
Authorities were called to Northeast County Road H around 6:30 p.m. to find a several bales of hay on fire.
Witnesses told deputies they saw a white car leaving the scene right before the fire started. Deputies were able to trace a white 1998 Subaru to Alexander Clemons, 19. Clemons was arrested for investigation of second degree arson.
The Subaru was seized pending a search warrant.
