Man fires gun during neighborhood argument over reckless driving

SPOKANE, Wash.—Police arrested a man who reportedly fired his gun into the air to scare a neighbor Saturday night in northwest Spokane.

The incident led to a massive police presence in the area of W  Rowan Ave. and N Bemis St. at around 8 p.m.

Police said an intense argument over reckless driving broke out between neighbors. One of them pointed his gun in the air and opened fire according to police. Officers said no one was injured.

Police arrested the shooter on assault charges according to authorities.
