SPOKANE, Wash. -- A man is facing felony charges after allegedly striking a pedestrian.
It happened just before 9 p.m. on Highway 2 near Walker.
Police say 32-year-old Lester Todd hit the pedestrian with this truck, and then took off to a nearby residence.
Emergency crews took the victim to Holy Family Hospital.
