SPOKANE, Wash.--A Spokane man looked in his kitchen to expect his roommate but found a complete stranger Monday night. The stranger refused to give his name to Spokane police and was booked into jail as “Bob Anonymous.”

Jail staff eventually learned that Mr. Anonymous was Jeremy Baugh, 40. He was so intoxicated Monday night that police said checking his fingerprints was not an option for identification.

The victim said he left his front door unlocked for his roommate in Northwest Spokane. The victim heard commotion coming from his kitchen and walked in expecting to see his buddy, according to the police report.

Instead of his friend, the victim saw a man sprawled out and passed out on his kitchen table.

Police said the man refusing to give his name was not going to stop them from keeping him out of jail. It was not until after 8:00 a.m. Tuesday that police were able to identify Baugh. He faces one count of 1st degree criminal trespassing.

Spokane police said if you commit a crime you are going to jail-  name or no name.
