SPOKANE -- Spokane Police said a domestic violence situation in North East Spokane ended with a suspect in custody.
Officers blocked off the neighborhood of Madelia and Marrieta while what they described as a “barricade situation” unfolded Sunday night.
Police say the suspect was hurt after trying to kill himself, but no one was harmed. Authorities were still on scene, but planning to wrap up and re-open the road block shortly after 11:00 p.m.
