SPOKANE, Wash. -- Power is back on in North Spokane after a hit-and-run wreck.
It happened around 1 a.m. near Crestline and Lincoln.
The driver hit a power pole and took off on foot. That person remains at large.
At one point, more than 2,500 customers were without power.
It took Avista crews about five hours to fully restore service.
