SPOKANE-- The woman arrested for leaving the scene of a crash that killed a Spokane police officer appeared in court again Wednesday.
Brianna Knapp, 28, waived her right to enter a plea on the felony charge of leaving the scene of a deadly wreck.
She did plead not guilty to two misdemeanors, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.
She was released from jail and is due back in court in September.
Last week, Spokane Officer Kurt Henson crashed his motorcycle on Highway 200 near Clark Fork. Moments later, investigators say Knapp struck him with her truck, killing him.
