SOAP LAKE, Wash – Grant County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested three people they believe are responsible for multiple property thefts.
On Dec. 31, deputies found a stolen 1999 Dodge Durango parked in front of 428 Division Street South in Soap Lake. That Durango was reported stolen from a Moses Lake resident the previous day.
While deputies were recovering the vehicle, they located three persons inside a fifth-wheel trailer parked next to the Durango. Mathew Low, 23, Dylan Timpani, 23, and Michelle Abrahams, 28, were arrested on suspicion of possession of the stolen Durango.
Deputies saw beneath the trailer several items which fit the descriptions of property stolen during a recent burglary. Deputies were granted a search warrant, and found several items in and around the trailer believed stolen during at least six recent burglaries. The items include an air compressor, tools, a large amount of jewelry, a PlayStation game console, personal documents and numerous other items. The cost of recovered items thus far totals $8000.
Deputies also found methamphetamine inside the trailer.
Low, Timpani and Abrahams were ultimately arrested on suspicion of first-degree possession of stolen property and possession of methamphetamine.
All are lodged in the Grant County Jail.
