SPOKANE -- Spokane Police arrested a man hiding in the ceiling of a car wash in North Spokane.

Late Sunday night, officers responded to an alarm call at the car wash at 3121 N. Monroe.

When police arrived, the business owner was already there. He showed officers a roof hatch in one of the wash bays was open, and there was insulation material on the ground below it.

Authorities set up a perimeter around the building and a team went inside the office area to search. Police noticed holes in the drywall ceiling.

One of the officers climbed through a hole and into the attic.

Officers said they discovered 32-yar-old Samuel Lebsock hiding between the rafters. He was arrested without any problems.

Lebsock was booked into the Spokane County Jail on 2nd Degree Burglary charges, and for an outstanding warrant for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

Police said Lebsock is no stranger to the gas station he allegedly broke into.

In March 2004, he was arrested for committing the same crime at the exact same location. Police said that time, he accidentally left behind some paperwork with his name on it.
