SPOKANE, Wash.--Police searched an auto repair shop on Wednesday for drugs. Officers arrested three people at Lonnie’s Auto along South Perry.

Joseph Johnson, 52, Gerry Elerding, 41, and the owner of the business Lonnie Sandros, 59 all face charges.

Police arrested Johnson and Eldering for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Sandros was booked into jail for Unlawful Use of a Building for Drug Purposes according to police.

Officers said they received numerous complaints recently of drug activity at the Lonnie’s Auto. Code Enforcement closed the repair shop about one month ago due to safety violations.

Employees were allowed in the business, only to make repairs to get the business up to code according to police.
