CLARK FORK, Idaho -- A driver accused of a hit-and-run after a fatal collision with a Spokane police officer will no longer be charged.
Brianna Knap, 28, was charged after police say she ran over and killed Ofc. Kurt Henson in July. Henson was not on duty at the time.
Knapp left the scene after the collision but later turned herself into authorities. Bonner County dropped the charges against her Thursday.
Charges can be filed again at a later date.
