SPOKANE-- A Spokane judge set bond at $250,000 for a man accused of a drive-by shooting.
Jimmy Blackburn spent Monday in court charged with attempted murder for allegedly shooting at three teenagers last week.
Blackburn was riding on a scooter when he fired at the teens near 33rd and Thor according to police.
The teenagers safely escaped.
The bullets only hit a parked car.
