SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash.--Deputies made an arrest Thursday morning following a search for a suspicious motor home. Two Evergreen Middle School students reported seeing a woman inside the vehicle yelling for help around 8:10 a.m. along Adams Road.
A Spokane County Sheriff’s deputy found the motor home near McDonald and Sprague minutes after the students reported it to school officials.
The deputy arrested James Davis, 50, for assault/domestic violence. Deputies said the victim in this investigation was an adult female.
The Evergreen Middle School students told school officials that they had spotted the woman yelling for someone to call 911 as they walked to school. They said the vehicle ran the stop sign at 16th and Adams and hit a curb. They were not able to clearly see the woman because the windows were tinted.
