SPOKANE, Wash.--Authorities arrested a man on Thursday, August 15th who is accused of setting the Houston House Apartments on fire in February. The Spokane Fire Department's Special Investigation Unit arrested Richard A. Henning, 30, for arson.
Investigators said they believe Henning lit four fires inside of apartment #306 at 609 E. Houston Avenue on Feburary 19th. Firefighters said the flames gutted the apartment and damaged two other untis.
Henning lived with a renter of the Houston House Apartments at the time of the fire.
A judge set Henning’s bond at 20,000.
