LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Five people are facing allegations of being part of a Louisville theft ring to steal as much baby formula as possible, according to police.
Daneisha Adams, Faith Woolen, Angela Clark, Curtis Burgess and Michael Luckenbill are charged with Theft and Robbery.
Police say they robbed several Louisville Kroger stores and took cans of baby formula. Police say approximately 50 cans were stolen from stores and that valued about $700.
Baby formula is frequently stolen from stores and sold on the streets for much less.
