SPOKANE-- Spokane Police are investigating a suspicious death in Downtown Spokane.
Wednesday morning officials were called to an apartment building in the 100 block of North Bernard early. A neighbor found a man dead in his apartment.
Court documents show David Spicer had his pants around his ankles and a blanket covering his mid section.
A neighbor reported seeing a woman and two men leaving the building around that time.
Police say another neighbor told them Spicer had just addressed concerns that some people in the building might kill him if he didn't leave.
Police seized several items from the apartment.
