SPOKANE -- A small Western Washington restaurant chain is opening its sixth eatery in Spokane.
Hop Jack’s opened a few weeks ago near the intersection of Nevada and Jay in North Spokane.
The family that owns the business hired 75 local workers to get the restaurant up and running, although they plan to hire more people in the future.
Hop Jack’s serves American cuisine like hamburgers and sandwiches. Owners say if their newest restaurant does well, they will consider opening another Spokane location.
The restaurant’s official grand opening is Thursday, October 18.
