SANDPOINT, Idaho -- Salad Dressing Company Litehouse Foods based in Sandpoint will be moving its official offices into part of Coldwater Creek’s Corporate Headquarters.
Coldwater Creek declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy on April 11. Litehouse Foods said the closure presented the perfect opportunity for them to move across town.

“As with our growth and expansion and the jobs we've added. That corporate structure is really put a burden on our manufacturing. So it's time to get out of the way of our manufacturing plant,” said Litehouse CEO Jim Frank.
The food company announced that it plans to buy part of Coldwater Creek’s Corporate Headquarters in Bonner County. The new space totals more than 35,000 square feet of office space. That is double what Litehouse currently has.
We're pretty well jammed in there. So this is going to help us a lot,” said Frank. “It's very exciting...For that growth to happen is really inspirational to all of us and is really driven by the folks that work at Litehouse as employee owners."
The move is set to take place sometime in August.
