COEUR D’ALENE-- A once deserted shopping center was booming with business in Coeur d’Alene this week.
Retail space was filling up at The Village At Riverstone Shops near I-90 and Northwest Boulevard
In 2008 the shopping center was described as a ghost town.
On October 15th, 75% of the stores were filled.
Seven new shops opened in 2012 and two more closed the deal October 16th.”
Local businesses are glad to see the boom in new stores. It means each of the businesses can feed off each other.
