SPOKANE--If you’ve been thinking about buying or selling a home, experts say now is the time to do it as we head into summer.
Home sales are up throughout Spokane, but overall prices and inventory are down. According to research conducted by the Spokane Association of Realtors, year-to-date figures show that sales are up 13% through April.
With fewer properties to choose from buyers are getting competitive, which opens the door for potential sellers to capitalize.
Last year, houses sold in Spokane County spent an average of three months on the market.
