MOSCOW, Idaho—When University of Idaho students head back to school in Moscow, they will see more than one dozen new businesses.
Those business owners, who often rely on the heavy student population, will be happy to see the students and families head back to town.
Several business owners said they working hard to train new employees by the time students come back to school. Some shops said they even tripled their staff to prepare. Owners at Casa De Lopez said they see more business in one month when students come back than they do all summer.
