SPOKANE -- Gas prices in Spokane have dropped three cents a gallon compared to last week, with AAA putting the average at $3.93/gallon in Spokane Monday morning. Coeur d'Alene's average is 3.74, that's down about six cents a gallon compared to last week.
Both areas are significantly cheaper than the average price in Seattle today -- $4.22 a gallon. That's actually about 10 cents less compared to what Seattle drivers paid last week. AAA says two refineries in western Washington are up and running again, so the price is dropping.
AAA puts the national average at $3.54 a gallon on Monday.
