That juror -- identified as B37, told CNN that she believed Trayvon Martin struck Zimmerman first. The four jurors, who issued a brief statement late Tuesday on court stationery, say B37's views are her own.

IDYLLWILD, Calif. (AP) — Dozens of residences are being threatened by a fast-growing wildfire in the mountains west of Palm Springs, Calif. It has already destroyed three houses, three mobile homes, smaller buildings and some cars. The blaze, which started Monday, has grown to about 14 square miles.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) — A coroner says "Glee" actor Cory Monteith died of an overdose of heroin and alcohol. Monteith was found dead Saturday in a hotel in Vancouver, British Columbia after he didn't check out on time. Police say it's too early to say if the death was caused by a batch of bad heroin.
