SPOKANE, Wash. — A cold and dry air mass will continue to dominate the weather forecast this week.
Expect cold mornings leading into dry and chilly afternoons. Morning temperatures will continue to be in the teens and 20’s Tuesday.
Highs will be in the low to mid 30’s Tuesday afternoon.
Because of limited air movement this week, pollution could increase and air quality may decrease.
An Air Stagnation advisory is out for the Okanogan Valley and North Central Washington valleys.
Air quality readings Tuesday morning in Omak and Colville are at the “Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups” level.
Spokane’s current air quality is moderate.
The cold and quiet weather is expected to continue until the middle of next week.
