SPOKANE, Wash.-- Police officers arrested a woman late Monday after going on a tirade and lighting a taxi cab, as well as, parts of a building on fire.

The Spokane Fire Department said Daniele L. Williamson, 33, was charged with a variety of crimes for the incident.  They said Williamson first started a taxi cab on fire in which she had been a passenger.

Authorities said Williamson then entered the Health and Science Building on the Riverpoint Campus and started two small fires inside the building.  They said she also pulled two fire alarms within the building.

Earlier in the incident, she indicated she had a bomb in a backpack, according to authorities.  However, no bomb was ever found.

Williamson was booked into the Spokane County Jail on charges of Arson 1st Degree, Arson 2nd Degree, Attempted Robbery 1st Degree, Armed Burglary 1st Degree, and Theft 3rd Degree.

During her first court appearance Tuesday, the state didn't have the proper paperwork complete against Williamson. The judge had to let her go.
