WASHINGTON--Washington State was right on track for water for the summer of 2014, according to melting snowpack totals.

Water supply forecasters said Washington and North Idaho water supplies should be near or above average.

In February, local hydrologists were happy with the late winter heavy snowfall.

The forecasters said Southwestern Idaho, southern parts of Oregon and California were all facing potential droughts in the summer of 2014.
