NEAR ROSALIA—Road crews kept busy early Monday sopping up a massive puddle flooding a road near Rosalia.
Crews say water covered the road on Old Highway 195 and Prairie View Road. They said in the deepest part, the water was nearly waist deep.
There was a report of a car that had stalled in the deep water, but crews were unable to locate a driver when they arrived on scene. They said the road will remain blocked until they can clean it up.
