SPOKANE -- A Washington State University student who fell from the second floor of a fraternity house is starting to recover.
Doctors upgraded Griffin Healey to serious condition.
The 19-year-old fell Nov. 25 from the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.
Healey hit his head on a retaining wall below.
Police say alcohol was a factor in the fall.
