PULLMAN, Wash.-- About 2,000 Washington State University students still don’t have their financial aid after a computer glitch delayed payments.

That glitch happened in the middle of August, and employees say they’re still working through a backlog, despite hiring extra staff to help.

Officials suspended all tuition late fees through the semester to help students. The school is also offering some emergency, interest-free loans.
