PULLMAN, Wash -- A computer glitch is delaying half of the financial aid checks at Washington State University.
School began Monday, but hundreds of students will not receive their financial aid until next week.
A new $15 million software program transfers the money to student accounts; however a flaw in that software is slowing down the process.
