SPOKANE, Wash.-- Undercover officers appeared to be in the right place at the right time Monday. As Spokane Police officers surveyed an area plagued by burglaries, they watched two suspects break into a Radio Shack.
It happened around 5 a.m. Monday in the Lincoln Heights shopping area on 29th and Regal.
Officers arrested Curtis McKelvey (and Chelsea A. Linerud. Authorities said both have records with previous property crime arrests. McKelvey and Linerud both face 2nd Degree Burglary charges.
Detectives are investigating a connection between these two suspects and nearly a dozen other commercial burglaries in the Lincoln Heights area.
