PLUMMER, Idaho-- Two of the four people arrested in connection with a deadly North Idaho stabbing took plea deals Wednesday.
Kelly Miller and Stephen Milton pleaded guilty to a lesser charge than murder. Both people pleaded guilty as an accessory to a felony.
A judge sentenced Milton to five years in prison. Miller is still awaiting sentencing.
Spokane County Sheriff's Deputies arrested four suspects in April for the death of Antowyn Swiney. He was attacked a party in Plummer. Idaho State Police later learned the suspects were hiding in Spokane.
The other two suspects, Irael Kennedy and Jody Miller, go to trial this fall. They're both charged with first degree murder.
