SPOKANE— About 30 firefighters were called out early Tuesday after a small oven fire at River Park Square.
It happened just before 7 a.m. at the Twings restaurant on the second floor of the mall.
It sent light smoke through a vent leading to the roof of the building. A witness called authorities after spotting it sifting from the building.
Main at Lincoln and Post at Riverside were closed while crews investigated. They quickly determined the fire did not pose a threat to the rest of the mall.
No word yet what caused the fire.
