SPOKANE, Wash. -- Traffic lights reportedly were malfunctioning on a stretch of 2nd Avenue downtown Saturday afternoon.
The lights at the intersections from 2nd Avenue and Post Street to 2nd Avenue and Washington were all seemingly affected. A KREM 2 News crew at the scene reported traffic congestion was not bad, but some cars were not stopping at the dark intersections, potentially creating a dangerous situation.
There was no immediate word what was causing the traffic lights to malfunction.
The issue was fixed later that day.
