SPOKANE VALLEY-- Four teens are in custody after they were accused of setting a series of fires near Central Valley High School.
Firefighters say they responded to 20 reports of arson between June 26 and July 8, most of them being dumpsters and recycling and trash cans.
Those fires caused about $16,000 in damage.
The teens were arrested Wednesday.
