MOSES LAKE, Wash. - The second of three suspects connected to a Tuesday night stabbing in Moses Lake was arrested Wednesday night.

Victor Mejia was captured at a home in the Larson Housing Area. He is now lodged in the Grant County Youth Services Facility. Citizen tips led deputies to where he was hiding.

Officers arrested Dahndre Westwood earlier Wednesday at a convenience store also near the Larson Housing Area.  He was taken to Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake with what he claimed was a stab wound to one of his feet, possibly connected to the stabbing.

Travis Stotts, the third suspect, remains at large. Travis posted a message on the Grant County Sheriff’s Facebook page yesterday questioning why he was named in the incident. The Sheriff's Office replied and suggested he call them to share his side of the story. He has not responded.

Authorities said Westwood, 14, Stotts, 17, and Mejia, 16, were confronted by three other youths around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday near Arlington Drive and Lowry Drive in the Larson House Area.  During the conflict, a 16-year-old was attacked and the teenage suspects stabbed the victim multiple times.

Medics took the victim to Samaritan Hospital where he underwent surgery.  At last check, authorities said he was alive and in stable condition.

Stotts, still at large, is described as a white male, 5’ 05”, and 160 pounds.

Authorities said Stotts should be considered armed and dangerous.  Anyone with information on their whereabouts should call 9-1-1, or send information to crimetips@co.grant.wa.us. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
