SPOKANE, Wash. -- Spokane police are looking for a man who might be casing homes on the lower South Hill.
Surveillance video briefly captured the suspect walking past a camera.
Police say neighbors have seen the man on Monroe between 6th and 9th.
“I heard somebody walking around outside last night. I just figured it was somebody coming home late because I woke up around 1:30 and couldn’t go back to bed. Now I will have to be a little more alert if I hear that,” Thai Kongchunji, a neighbor, said.
