SPOKANE—  A Deer Park man accused of murdering is ex-wife appeared before a judge Tuesday in Spokane.

Clay Starbuck pleaded not guilty to Channin Starbucks murder and to violation of human remains.

At the arraignment, a victim’s advocate spoke on behalf of the family.  They requested bail remain at $1 million.  The judge agreed and did not lower the bail.
